| Development for us is Capacity Building, and everyONE focuses on Capacity Building at all levels. The course and the training sessions offfered to our staff in the main office and in the Intervention sites are aimed at building up the individuals both in terms of technical knowledge and also in terms of personal development including gaining depth in each person's human development. For example our staff members at the community level are higher with the understanding that their earnings will not be in cash but in first class education which they can then keep forever and build their lives on for a better future. As Africans living in resource restrained environment, living in time of crisis with conflict, with poverty, with famine, with epidemics and pandemics like HIV, our sole or main way forward is education and capacity building. This is the main reason fueling our quest to access and share knowlege at all levels and in all directions. To date every ONE’s Training program aims to assist 292 community agents to develop their potential and become self-reliant both socially and economically through academic education and vocational training.Currently, we are training the community agents on personal development to prepare them for the academic and vocational educations hoping it would enable them to have a better understanding of their own situation and be able to act decisions on that could change their lives for the better. As soon as the preparation the community agents is finished, according to the selection of capability and interest, they will commence vocational and academic trainings in different private instirutions at a certificate level. We also have a scholarship program for 10 outstanding community agents to attend in a private higher institutions. everyONE believes that elderly people should be directly engaged in production suitable to their physical capability. 53 people are engaged in cotton spining and other semi-processed activities of cotton products. The market for the products is arranged by the organization depending on the quality of the products and their demand in the market. Concerning our activities we invite you, our partners, in development to join with us new partnerships and alliances in the context of education and capacity building.
