Lack of access to education and less employment opportunity are the main problems in our country and in Africa in general. As a training officer in the organization, I believe that any human being has a potential to work if he/she has given a chance to education or training. I have a dream that everybody will be an owner of a certain profession and self supportive.

As to come across the Goal; “ Have a challenge with AIDS by bringing Economic Growth and Leadership Development” , I have a vision of “Love” to human beings with out discrimination as to create bright future and success working together to the Goal designed by my organization. There after the community members who are in the program will come to good moral and ethical thinking and see the fruitfulness of good behavior and skill trainings that could bring them to self reliance. As a result poverty and HIV/AIDS will be challenged through time and the nation will be relieved.

Mekdes Semeneh

Working with everyONE in documentation team, I have learnt 3 things. First, I have learnt how to improve my profession. Second, I got the chance to get close to people who were abandoned from the society like People Living with HIV/AIDS, people handicapped by leprosy. Third, I have come to know many things which I didn’t came across before and also I have known so many things about HIV/AIDS.

My aim is to see all disabled people seen by the society equally with the rest of the society i.e. without discrimination.

Working with everyone, I will try hard in arranging the growth of ‘everyone’.

God bless ‘everyone’
Peace for all

Hi everybody!
Welcome to our corner!

The opportunity, Working with the training team at everyone, will help me change my life to reach myself by doing something I always liked: being involved in humanitarian team and helping others.
As education is the main clue for everyone, my dream will be realized when our trainees: such as people with different disabilities, women surviving from prostitution, HIV infected persons, orphans…etc will reach a bright future, a better way of life.

Working with everyONE, I hope I’ll get a chance to serve my compatriots and also my country with full heart and interest.

Yene Assegid. My life will be complete and I will be ready to leave this Earth for the next place, when I can feel that I have concretely contributed to the development of Africa and the improvement of our living conditions as Africans including the reversing of the spread of HIV, improved care AIDS, better futures for children who have lost their mothers or fathers or both to AIDS, reducing poverty through access to education and creation of employment and self-employment schemes. When I was working with UNDP, I learned about the concepts and tools for Integral Transformation and for Leadership Development. For me, I think "this" is the missing link we have been looking for in development, and I hope everyONE as an organization can be a catalyst for change.
